The JJ Mack Building

Completed in 2023, this highly sustainable new office is located at 33 Charterhouse Street in close proximity to Farringdon station. With an EPC ‘A’ rating and a BREEAM Outstanding classification, the building and its materials were designed and selected with sustainability in mind. Pyrobel EI30 Vision Line* glass was chosen thanks to its 30 minutes integrity and insulation fire-resistant properties. The Clearvision, low iron, version of the glass was specified in order to guarantee maximum transparency and daylight for the fire-rated atrium light scoop.
