Pyrobel EG successfully passes UV exposure test

Pyrobel EG products have been tested to EN 12543, the test method for the durability of laminated glass and laminated safety glass.

This test is designed to ensure that laminated glass, including fire-resistant laminated glass, can be exposed to UV radiation (natural daylight) without changing its optical properties.

The test* conducted at TÜV Rheinland Nederland B.V. demonstrated that Pyrobel EG is unaffected by UV exposure, even surpassing the test requirement by 2.5 times**. An great result, and part of our ongoing commitment to produce reliable, durable and sustainable fire-resistant glass.

* Summary test report available on request.

** EN12543 specifies 2000 hours exposure and the Pyrobel EG test was run for 5000 hours.
